Rafters and Walls provides custom built roof and floor trusses as well as wall panels for both residential and commercial projects in the Piedmont area of North and South Carolina. Our company is new, established in 2014, with employees who have collectively many years of experience. With our focus on quality and service at competitive prices we have managed to grow to 25 employees within short order. Our 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility is equipped with high tech computerized saws, laser layouts and gantry presses allowing our product to be built with the highest precision. The lumber used is stored inside in a separate 10,000sqf building, ensuring that the lumber stays dry.
Theadore manages all production in the plant. He makes sure that everything runs smoothly and safely, as well as ensuring that all products are of high quality.
Head of Maintenance
Lewis is in charge of making sure all of the equipment in the plant runs efficiently and safely.

Heidi is generally the first person you will speak with when you call. She oversees all office work in addition to scheduling shipping.
Kathryn does anything and everything in the office. Some of her responsibilities include company policy, safety and recordkeeping.
Richard is involved in all aspects of operations at Rafters and Walls. He helps oversee the production on the plant floor, shipping, and office work.
